I recently used this company to transport my Lexus RX350, and the service was great overall. The team was efficient, and the pickup was on time. There was a minor delay during delivery, but they kept me informed the whole time. My car arrived without any damage, and I appreciated how well they handled everything. I had an awful experience with Unique Auto Transport. My car was supposed to be picked up on a specific date, but the driver showed up late and didn’t give me any notice. To make matters worse, my car was delivered two days later than planned, and it had visible scratches on the bumper. When I contacted their customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I will never use this company again and would advise others to steer clear as well.
