I was blown away by the level of service provided by ShipCar24! I shipped my Ford Mustang, and the entire experience was hassle-free. The driver was prompt, professional, and handled my car with care. They kept me updated at every stage, and my car arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and I will absolutely use them again in the future!
ShipCar24 did a great job transporting my Chevrolet Tahoe. The booking process was simple, and they provided me with a clear timeline for delivery. My car arrived in good condition, but there was a slight delay in the pickup, which was a bit inconvenient. The communication throughout was good, but it could have been more frequent. Overall, a solid experience and a company I would consider using again.
My experience with ShipCar24 was average. I shipped my Nissan Altima and while the car arrived safely, the process was a bit slower than I had expected. I wasn’t given enough updates during the transport, and I had to contact customer service a couple of times for information. The car did arrive in good shape, but I think the service could be improved with better communication.

When the car finally arrived, it was scratched, and the driver didn’t offer much of an apology. I reached out to customer service, but they were slow to respond. It wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, and I’m unlikely to use them again.
I had a terrible experience with ShipCar24. I shipped my BMW 5 Series and not only was the delivery delayed by over a week, but my car also arrived with significant damage to the front bumper. The driver was unprofessional, and when I reached out to customer service, I didn’t get any help. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never use this service again.
