I had an excellent experience with this company when I needed to ship my BMW X5 across the country. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, and I appreciated the transparency. The car arrived on time and in perfect condition, with no scratches or dings. The driver was courteous and handled my vehicle with care. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future!
Overall, I was really satisfied with the service. I needed to ship my Ford Mustang, and everything went according to plan. The car arrived in great shape and was delivered a bit earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. However, I did have to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked for pickup, and I didn’t receive an immediate update on the day it was supposed to happen. Despite that, everything else was handled very professionally.
My experience was okay, but not as smooth as I had hoped. I had my Chevrolet Silverado shipped, and while the car arrived in good condition, the process felt somewhat rushed. There were some delays with the pickup, and I wasn’t provided with as much communication as I would have liked. The driver was professional, though, and the car made it safely. I think there’s room for improvement in terms of customer service.

I had to make several calls to get information on where my car was, which was frustrating. While the car itself arrived in decent shape, the lack of communication and delays made the entire process stressful. I would not recommend using them unless you are okay with potential delays.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I shipped my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was an absolute nightmare. The pickup was extremely late, and when my car finally arrived, it had noticeable damage. The customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the issue. I will never use their service again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable transport company.
