Shipping my Toyota Highlander with this company was a mostly positive experience. Booking was easy, and the customer service team was knowledgeable and helpful. The pickup and delivery were on time, and the car arrived in excellent condition. This was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had with car shipping. My Jeep Cherokee was not only picked up late, but the delivery was also delayed by several days without explanation. To make matters worse, there were scratches on the door when it arrived. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. I regret choosing this company and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
