I received updates during transit, which kept me reassured. When my car arrived, it was in pristine condition, just as I had left it. This was such a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d recommend them to anyone!
I shipped my Toyota Tacoma last week, and while the service overall was good, there were some minor issues. The booking process was seamless, and the staff was helpful. The only hiccup was a delay of a few hours at delivery, but the driver kept me informed, which I appreciated. My car arrived without a scratch, and the pricing was reasonable. This was hands down the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I needed to transport my Jeep Wrangler, and everything went wrong. The driver was late for pickup, customer service was hard to reach, and when my car finally arrived, it had visible damage to the front fender. Filing a claim was a nightmare, and I never got the issue resolved. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
